Job Title: Emulsion Operator

Location: Odisha

Job Description:

We are looking for an Emulsion Operator to handle the production and operation of bitumen emulsion and related plant equipment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant parameters, ensuring quality output, and supporting smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor bitumen emulsion plant and machinery
  • Check and maintain temperature, pressure, and mixing ratios
  • Ensure proper handling of raw materials (bitumen, chemicals, water)
  • Maintain quality standards during emulsion production
  • Assist in plant maintenance and daily housekeeping
  • Record daily production data and report to plant in-charge

Qualification & Skills:

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in bitumen emulsion or asphalt plant operation
  • Knowledge of pumps, valves, and process control systems
  • Safety-conscious and attentive to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
