We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information about courses, admissions criteria, and career opportunities while maintaining excellent communication with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
  • Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments
  • Maintain student records and follow up regularly
  • Explain fee structures, scholarships, and payment options
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
  • Meet monthly admission targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Counseling preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and build trust with students and parents
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
