Job Overview:

Looking for the Quality Analyst (Linguistic) with up to 1 year of experience who will ensure the quality and consistency of translated and localized content across multiple languages. This role involves reviewing, editing, and providing feedback on translations, collaborating with linguists and project managers to maintain the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
  • Analyze data to identify trends and issues related to product quality
  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics and performance

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Language required: Hindi (Mandatory)/Tamil/Kannada/Oriya

Job Location: Gurugram, WFO & 6 days/week
