Position: US IT Recruiter (Bench Sales Recruiter)
Location: 410 Devarc Mall, Iskcon Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad
Shift: Night/US Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
Weekends: Holiday
Salary: Up to ₹25,000
Language: Fluent English required
Work Type: US-based work
Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Yuvii Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. as a Bench Sales Recruiter We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to effectively fill bench positions and ensure the successful placements of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Identification: Source and identify qualified IT professionals on the bench via job boards, social media, and networking.
- Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by consistently engaging potential hires and tracking their availability and preferences.
- Placement Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure the timely placement of bench consultants.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to improve placement strategies.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with candidates and clients, addressing queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and placements; prepare regular recruitment activity reports.
