CS Trainee

Education:

• Graduate in Commerce, Law, or relevant field.
• Registered student of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Eligible for long-term practical training as per ICSI guidelines (around 21 months).

Kurla, Mumbai (Piramal Finance Office)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn in a structured and compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing statutory and regulatory returns with RBI and other authorities.
• Support implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Help track regulatory updates and ensure timely action on compliance requirements.
• Assist in KYC/AML-related compliance activities and audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collation and reporting.
• Prepare compliance-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support the Compliance Officer in day-to-day monitoring and governance tasks.
