ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer with experience in building AI Agents . The candidate will play a key role in transforming existing partial projects into scalable AI Agents and creating differentiated AI-driven products that leverage Unique Data Sources, Domain Expertise,

and LLMs.

This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of data engineering, applied AI, and product innovation, helping us release AI Agents rapidly to strengthen our market's leadership.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• 6-10 years of experience in Python development
• Strong background in data wrangling, analysis, and visualization (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI projects
• Working knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, etc.) is preferred
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience working with Databricks for large-scale data engineering and analytics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless computing
• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, etc.) and big data processing frameworks would be a plus
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles: modularity, testing, CICD, and scalability
• Strong problem-solving skills with a product innovation mindset

GOOD TO HAVE

• Exposure to MLOps pipelines and model deployment
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) for LLM integrations
• Background in recommendation systems or applied ML
• Contribution to open-source AI/ML or agent frameworks

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/Agentic solutions
• Apply LLMs and GenAI techniques to enable reasoning, insights, and recommendations within Agents
• Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to shape innovative AI features aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Convert existing R&D projects and integrate domain-specific data sources into intelligent agents
• Contribute to new R&D projects for Agents via data collection, preprocessing, analysis, and presentation
• Ensure scalability and efficiency through serverless architectures, APIs, and microservices deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Stay ahead of the curve on LLM research, agent frameworks, and AI productization trends to drive continuous innovation
