  • Provide guidance to Gallup associates, such as project leads, methodologists and survey statisticians, about sampling, weighting and analysis for client and internal projects
  • Supervise a small India-based team

Who We Want

  • Data perfectionists who spot inconsistencies, verify accuracy and uphold the highest scientific standards in every dataset
  • Technically skilled statisticians who are energized by exploring data, analyzing statistics, and identifying patterns and trends
  • Dedicated achievers who thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, and consistently deliver with precision and speed
  • Strategic thinkers who connect statistical rigor with clients' goals to maximize the impact of Gallup's research
  • Proactive problem-solvers who anticipate issues, quickly identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions
  • Collaborative leaders who communicate effectively, foster knowledge sharing, and naturally coach their team to exceed performance standards and follow best practices in survey research
