As a Technology Manager, you work closely with Practice leadership, to manage and mentor resources, manage projects and ensure that timeliness and quality of delivery

Responsibilities:

1. Resource management

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
  • Approve and manage timesheet, PTO (Leave) etc, and help with any escalations and discrepancies
  • Be a mentor and guide to resources on technology, client engagement and professional development
  • Manage utilization of resources and identify resources who are under and over utilized, and managing efficiencies
  • Identify risk of attrition and help manage it in working with the People team
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage resources globally

2. Communication Management

  • Excellent communication skills and has ability to present information to executives, business, and technical stakeholders
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key internal and external (client) partners

3. Engagement

  • As needed engage with the client to understand the risk of the ongoing efforts, get feedback and update on the engagement status
  • Act as the point of escalation for accounts that does not have formal engagement function

4. Technology management

  • Ability to understand technical architectures and ensure quality excellence based on the guidelines provided by CTO office
  • Work with the quality assurance organization and help in quality audits for Genzeon deliverables

5. Project/Financial management

  • Evaluates all projects and change orders as to their impact on tactical plans, budgets, and SOW/MSA compliance
  • Understands the projects under their purview and can identify resource risk, skillset risk, and work with delivery leadership on hiring plans

Skills Required:

  • ·10+ years of proven experience managing projects and or people
  • · Experience with multi stack applications, exposure to cloud based applications, application architecture
  • · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • · Prior experience in the Healthcare industry
  • · Well versed with Agile delivery lifecycle
  • · Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • · Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
