Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Udaipur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs and preferences, and promoting Royal Enfield's range of motorcycles. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product inquiries, demonstrating product features, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for updating and organizing product displays, managing inventory, and participating in sales events and promotions.

  • Organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
  • Passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of the industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
