Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Billing & Planning to handle end-to-end Pond Ash billing and planning activities for highway and infrastructure projects. The role involves close coordination with Road Concessionaires, Independent Engineers (IE), NHAI, and NTPC, ensuring accurate measurements, timely billing, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage Pond Ash billing operations for highway and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit running account (RA) bills and final bills.
  • Coordinate effectively with Concessionaire, IE, NHAI, and NTPC for bill certification and approvals.
  • Perform cross-section analysis, volumetric calculations, and quantity reconciliation.
  • Prepare and check measurement sheets, abstracts, and billing documents.
  • Use AutoCAD for drawing review, cross-sections, and quantity validation.
  • Work with road estimation software and tools for accurate quantity and cost estimation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions, BOQ, and technical specifications.
  • Track billing status and follow up for timely certification and payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and review purposes.
  • Support planning activities related to quantities, progress tracking, and projections.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong experience in Billing & Planning for Highway / Road Projects.

  • Hands-on knowledge of:

  • Highway construction & Pond Ash works

  • Cross-sections & volumetric calculations
  • AutoCAD
  • Road estimation software

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Well-versed with NHAI procedures, IE coordination, and NTPC-related billing.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in billing & planning of highway/infrastructure projects (preferably with Pond Ash works).
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
