About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tractor Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage dealer networks, and expand our market presence across Bihar.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tractor or agricultural equipment sales, with the ability to drive growth through strong dealer and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual tractor sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.
- Lead and motivate the local sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and support business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in tractor or agriculture equipment sales.
- Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle dealer networks and drive sales performance.
- Local market knowledge of Bihar is highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
