Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, retention and service quality.
  • Support sales and business development efforts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing client reports, documentation and presentations as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
