Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all IP-related matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
  • Provide legal counsel on intellectual property rights, licensing, and enforcement.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate IP agreements, NDAs, and licensing contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international IP regulations.
  • Handle IP disputes, infringements, and litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop IP protection strategies.

What Were Looking For:

  • LLB/LLM degree
  • 5+ years of experience in IP law, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of trademark registration, copyright laws, and patent filing.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and legal drafting skills.
