Job Title: E-commerce & Operations Executive

Experience: Fresher – up to 6 months

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Basic Computer Knowledge Required)

Job Overview:We are looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce & Operations Executive to handle daily online business activities including product listing, stock management, warehouse coordination, and social media posting. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the practical side of e-commerce operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings and updates on Meesho, IndiaMART, and other online platforms.
  • Handle order processing, packing, dispatch coordination, and stock tracking in the warehouse.
  • Maintain inventory reports and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Assist in uploading and managing content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for brand visibility.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support basic communication with clients or platform representatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and stock updates.
  • Keep track of new trends and platform updates to improve online visibility and sales.
  • Skills Required:Basic knowledge of E-commerce operations (Meesho, IndiaMART preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Interest in social media content posting and branding
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
