Role Summary:
Responsible for managing the slimming department — ensuring client satisfaction, achieving slimming & sales targets, and leading the team of dietitians and therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations and create personalized slimming plans.
- Supervise and train slimming staff (dietitians/therapists).
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and client care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in slimming/wellness/beauty clinics.
- Strong communication, team leadership & sales skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
