  • Staff supervision and training: Lead and mentor service staff, including servers and hosts, and ensure they adhere to service standards.
  • Guest service: Interact directly with guests, address their needs and concerns, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Operational management: Supervise daily restaurant operations, manage seating arrangements, coordinate with the kitchen for timely service, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Quality control: Monitor food and beverage service quality through observation and by collecting and analyzing guest feedback.
  • Inventory and logistics: Assist with managing inventory, supplies, and the organization of service areas.
  • Financial support: Help with tracking revenue, expenses, and ensuring billing accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
