Position Overview:

The HR Head - Plant will be responsible for leading the entire HR function at the plant location, including HR operations, compliance, talent management, employee relations, and aligning HR strategy with business goals. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with plant and organizational objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Plant Head and Corporate HR team.

2. Talent Management

  • Drive talent acquisition for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Lead onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.

3. Contract Labour Handling

  • Statutory Registers & Inspections
  • Cost & Budget Control
  • Attendance & Wage Administration
  • Contractor & Vendor Management
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Checking and the Finalizing of invoices of contractors.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead engagement initiatives to build morale and retention.

5. Statutory Compliance & IR

  • Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Manage interactions with local authorities and labor unions (if applicable).
  • Facilitate internal and external audits by ensuring all compliance requirements are thoroughly met and properly documented.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Coordinate technical and behavioral training at the plant.

7. HR Operations

  • Oversee time office, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM/LLB in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: ~15 years in HR, with at least 5+ years in a plant HR leadership role in manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD/Automobile sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English; local language proficiency is a plus.
  • Should be comfortable relocating or commuting to Keshwana.

  • Administrative: Director Head/ CSCO
