Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong proficiency in to play a key role in developing and maintaining our core web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor, focused on building scalable, high-performance user interfaces and collaborating closely with design and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimise, and maintain responsive web applications using , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Implement reusable UI components and front-end libraries (e.g., hooks, custom components) for efficient and scalable development across projects.

- Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, interactive user interfaces.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth, efficient data flow and state management between frontend and backend systems.

- Optimise application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

- Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to established best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and development trends, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

- Contribute to improving the overall development workflow and frontend architecture standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a significant focus on and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, Hooks).

- Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Proven ability to build responsive and accessible web applications.

- Strong understanding of modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and package managers (npm, yarn).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks like or Gatsby.

- Experience with CSS pre-processors (Sass/LESS) or styled-components/Emotion.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
