Job Description:

Mass Energy & Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading service provider in marine and industrial power systems, is looking for an experienced Service Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Cummins and Caterpillar (CAT) engine diagnostic systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in engine troubleshooting, calibration, and diagnostic analysis using OEM software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and calibration of Cummins and CAT diesel engines.
  • Use Cummins INSITE (v8.9 or later) and CAT ET (v2025 or later) for ECM/ECU analysis and fault code correction.
  • Conduct performance testing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of marine and heavy-duty engines.
  • Prepare technical service and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with clients during commissioning, overhauling, and site visits.

Key Expertise:

  • Cummins INSITE (v8.9 or later)
  • CAT ET (v2025 or later)
  • ECM / ECU troubleshooting and calibration
  • Fault code diagnosis and data logging

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Marine, or Automobile Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marine or heavy-duty diesel engines
  • Knowledge of marine auxiliary and propulsion engines preferred
  • Ability to travel for vessel and offshore jobs (domestic and international)
