Marketing Specialist

Elevate is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department with various activities, including content creation, client communications, event planning, and campaign reporting. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to drive our marketing efforts forward through innovative strategies and clear communication.

Specifically, the Marketing Specialist will:

• Develop, update, and maintain professional bios for key stakeholders and team members on website.
• Ensure that all bios align with the brand voice and are kept up to date across multiple platforms.
• Write, edit, and distribute firm news content, ensuring relevant updates and achievements are communicated effectively to audiences.
• Create invites for events and webinar for internal and external target groups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for news generation and ensure timely distribution across various channels.
• Craft and distribute timely client alerts on industry changes, regulatory updates, and other relevant news.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity in all client communications.
• Assist in the creation, design, and distribution of regular newsletters, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and campaign reports to refine and improve future newsletters.
• Manage the D-List request process by gathering necessary information, maintaining lists, and ensuring timely distribution of materials to target audiences.
• Create and design surveys for key events held internally or externally using Smart Survey tool.

Skills for Success:

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and survey tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to analyse and interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Experience in using Sitecore, Concep and Smart Survey tools will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Experience with social media platforms, event management tools, and basic PR strategies is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
