LPU is seeking a visionary and highly experienced professional in IT operations, infrastructure management, network, Wi-Fi administration and the development and management of university websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms, with a proven track record in driving digital transformation within large organizations. The role demands strategic leadership to design, implement, and oversee technology solutions that enhance institutional efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, and support academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the universitys vision and goals.
  • Design, deploy and manage university's IT operations, including infrastructure (LAN/WAN), networks, servers, data centers, cloud and digital platforms.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity policies, firewall management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams for smooth operations and project execution.
  • Implement ERP systems, automation tools, LMS platforms, and emerging technologies for digital transformation.
  • Ensure reliable campus-wide internet, network, and system availability.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to fulfil technology needs and enhance user satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1215 years of professional experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation, including 35 years in leadership roles managing IT teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of firewalls, networking, ERP systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, coding languages, databases, and modern IT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET/.NET Core with MVC, SQL Server, along with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, , ) and application development for Android and iOS platforms.
