· Strong physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
· Ability to identify and address plant diseases, pests, and infestations.
· Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
· Basic understanding of landscape design principles.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
