Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads through proactive outreach, communicating effectively with potential clients to understand their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. They will be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a strong client relationship. Collaborating with teams, the specialist will contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering a great customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and expertise in Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in building and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to meet sales goals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or software industry is a plus
