Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talkdesk Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support, configure, and optimize Talkdesk contact center solutions. The role is flexible and open to full-time as well as part-time professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and manage Talkdesk Contact Center features
- Support Talkdesk integrations with CRM and third-party tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve Talkdesk-related technical issues
- Optimize call flows, IVR, routing, and reporting
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
- Provide guidance and best practices for Talkdesk usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Talkdesk Expert / Administrator
- Strong understanding of Talkdesk Studio, IVR, Call Routing, and Reporting
- Experience with Talkdesk integrations (CRM, APIs preferred)
- Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Engagement Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Availability: Minimum 2 hours per day (for part-time)
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Talkdesk certifications
- Experience working in customer support or contact center environments
