
Management Trainee Digital Marketing

As a company, we understand the importance of digital media in today's business landscape. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Management Trainee in Digital Marketing & Communication to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation. The candidate will have experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services along with a focus to increase the overall brand visibility, engagement, and followership. This includes developing campaigns across various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
Conduct market research and identify trends: The candidate will be required to conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can be used to optimize our digital marketing strategies and tactics. The candidate should be familiar with keyword research, competitor analysis, and other market research techniques.
Manage and optimize social media accounts: The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience. The candidate should have experience in social media management and should be familiar with social media analytics.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns: The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. The candidate should be familiar with creating ads, targeting specific audiences, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Implement SEO best practices: The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices to improve online visibility, and organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, developing & implementing on-page & off-page optimization strategies, and analyzing website performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, which aligns with overall business objectives.
Track and analyze website traffic and social media engagement: The candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing website traffic, social media engagement, and other metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices: The candidate should be constantly learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. The candidate should be able to make recommendations for continuous improvement based on industry trends and insights.
Coordinate with external agencies & vendors: The candidate will be required to coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute our various digital marketing initiatives and campaigns from time to time.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive digital content.
- Must possess strong attention to detail along with an ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects while portraying a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business results.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- A team player with good collaboration and interpersonal skills.
