Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Engineering Manager who can LEAD the .Net Development team in building Enterprise Software Applications while closely working with the Project Management & Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion to deliver large applications, and a drive to lead with example. You should have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in day-to-day routine.

Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

  • Be both a highly technical, hands-on coder and effective people manager
  • Hold your own in technical discussion, be a subject matter expert, and have strategic influence
  • Participate in technical design
  • Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts
  • Measure the impact of the team and set clear expectations and goals
  • Manage the coordination of the activities of the team with responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Engineering Management experience (.Net Core / Framework)
  • 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
  • 5+ years coding in C# or other relevant coding languages
  • Working experience on MS SQL Server
  • Working experience in Software Products
  • Demonstrated experience and skills to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certifications in Team Management & Leadership
  • Certifications in Artificial Intelligence
  • Certifications in using Git
  • Certifications in CI/CD
