
Sr. Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:
To develop and execute strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The Senior Marketing Executive will lead campaigns, manage digital and offline marketing channels, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage company presence on digital platforms (website, social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging content and creatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
Lead Generation & CRM:
- Execute campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads through various channels (email, SMS, events, ads).
- Work with the sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are properly handed over and tracked.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems for marketing outreach.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for design, printing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Oversee development of marketing collaterals – brochures, flyers, case studies, etc.
Events & Promotions:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, and sponsorships.
- Ensure proper representation of the brand in offline marketing activities.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, both digital and traditional
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a result-oriented approach
Preferred Background:
- Industry experience in [e.g., Real Estate, Hospitality, IT, Manufacturing, etc.]
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
- Prior experience in handling agency relationships or team coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
