What are your contributions to the team?

Intern, Brand & Marketing

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement a world-class customer experience that strengthens the Bombardier brand and enhances market perception.
  • Support strategic planning and budget tracking for brand initiatives and campaigns, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and partner agencies.
  • Manage and support timelines related to creative deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for the development of our brand magazine, contribute to content ideation, facilitate the approval process, and coordinate internal distribution across international sites.
  • Review brand and marketing content for both internal and external communications.
  • Support the brand team in day-to-day coordination and processing of requests for visual assets (logos, photos, merchandise, videos, etc.).
  • Monitor budget allocations for marketing and employer brand initiatives, and contribute to financial reporting for projects.
  • Participate in monthly financial adjustments and reporting.
  • Help optimize and automate tools and processes to improve team quality and productivity.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You are currently enrolled in, or have recently graduated from, a recognized university program in Marketing, Management (or a related field) at the bachelors or masters level.
  • You have completed at least 2 years of studies in this program (or at least 1 year for a masters degree).
  • You are highly organized and able to work independently.
  • You are proactive and take initiative without being asked.
  • You have strong computer skills (Windows), with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of ASANA is an asset.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
  • You are a strong team player and highly reliable.
  • You are results-driven.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purposes.
