Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI/ML models and systems.
  • Define and establish best practices, processes, and standards for AI/ML development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business) to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Architect scalable and production-ready ML solutions.
  • Drive research and adoption of new AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers/data scientists.
  • Ensure model performance, accuracy, and reliability in real-world applications.
  • Communicate AI/ML strategy and progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in
    Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Computer Vision
    .
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
    .
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python, R, or Java
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data structures, algorithms, and statistics
    .
  • Experience in deploying ML models into production (MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in building AI-driven SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning.
  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
