Job Description : 7 -10 Yrs for Manager and 15+years experience for AGM/DGM We're Hiring Location: Hyderabad Job Overview: Reporting to the President Finance, the Corporate Finance candidate will manage and execute fundraising activities to support business growth and expansion initiatives. The role focuses on raising capital through equity, debt, and other financial instruments, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute corporate finance strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of information memorandum o Transaction background. o Detailed information o Preparation of Financial models. 2. Capital Structuring & Negotiation: o Structure and negotiate terms of capital transactions, including equity financing, debt financing, convertible instruments, and other capital market activities. o Reach out to lenders/credit funds/investors for fund raising. 3. Working capital raising including preparation of CMA Data & approval of limits (FB/NFB) if any day -to -day day cashflows & Treasury functions 4. Dealing with credit ratings & sanction for ratings & post rating surveillance 5. Compliance & Reporting: o Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting requirements, and disclosure norms during the fundraising process. o Prepare pre &post disbursement compliance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • The amount of capital raised relative to targets. • Cost -effectiveness of fundraising efforts (interest rates, equity dilution, etc.). • Number of new investor relationships established and maintained. • Success rate of fundraising rounds and terms negotiated. • Investor satisfaction and retention. • Accuracy and clarity of financial models and investment materials. Required Competencies: 1. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques. 2. Capital Markets Expertise: Strong knowledge of capital markets, fundraising instruments, and investment banking processes. 3. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data, perform due diligence, and evaluate financial scenarios. 4. Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with investors and financial institutions. 5. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in structuring and negotiating terms for capital raising activities. 6. Risk Management: Strong ability to assess and mitigate financial risks related to capital structure and market conditions.Requirements Qualifications: • Qualification required is CA/ MBA • 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or fundraising roles. • Proven track record of successfully Fund raising, Financial Modeling and structuring complex financial deals, Mergers and Acquisitions etc., • Experience in working with venture capital, private equity, investment banks, and institutional investors. • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
