Bar Waiter

We are looking for a skilled Bar Waiter to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage bar operations, including preparing and serving beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
