Role Summary
The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for managing the company's sales, contract farming, and distribution operations within a specific geographical territory. The TM's core function is to lead a team of Field Executives (FEs), achieve sales targets (100 Tons/Territory), secure new contracts, and supervise the delivery and stock management of Vermicompost.

Skills Strong team management, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication (Hindi and local dialect).
