Role: Telesales Executive – UG/PG Courses

Location: Noida
Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales or education counseling
Education: Graduation mandatory
Age Limit: Max 30 years
Language Skills: Excellent English communication
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and counsel them about various UG/PG programs offered.
  • Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses/programs accordingly.
  • Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert leads into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to admissions and revenue.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and resolve any doubts or objections.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students.
  • Share program brochures, pricing, and other relevant details via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
  • Be updated with course offerings, admission criteria, and industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
