Roles and Responsibilities
1.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
To follow up and coordinate with Plants and Customers.
Perform general office tasks including filing, maintaining admin related documents.
Performing data entry and record keeping tasks.
Responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting management and staff with administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
Candidates shall be excellent in written and verbal communications.
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word & PPT.
