Trainee HealthTech

Job Summary:

We are looking for fresh, energetic graduates who are passionate about healthcare, technology, and people interaction. As a trainee, you will be responsible for conducting live demonstrations of YoloHealth's Health ATMs and Health Bags—showing how they work, helping users experience them, and supporting basic diagnostic activities such as drawing blood samples. This role is primarily office-based or location-assigned, with occasional travel only for specific events, exhibitions, or government/client demos

Key Responsibilities:

·      Conduct engaging product demonstrations of YoloHealth's Health ATM and Health Bag at assigned locations.

·      Perform basic health screenings such as blood pressure, sugar, ECG, temperature, and oxygen level checks.

·      Draw small blood samples as part of demo or screening activities following standard safety protocols.

·      Explain device usage, health benefits, and test results in simple, confident language.

·      Ensure demo equipment is well-maintained, clean, and functional.

·      Occasionally participate in events, exhibitions, or client demos to represent YoloHealth. Maintain daily records of demo activities, feedback, and reports. Coordinate with the operations team for demo scheduling, materials, and logistics.

Qualifications

Education:

·      B.Sc (Nursing / Medical Laboratory Technology)

·      DMLT, ANM, or GNM (Nursing or Lab Technology Diploma)

·  B. Pharm/D. Pharm candidates with a keen interest in diagnostics may also apply.

Experience:

·      Fresh graduates only (0–1 year).

·      Comprehensive product and communication training provided.

Job Location:

·      Bengaluru, Karnataka

Skills:

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & Kannada).

·      Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.

·      Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests and sample handling.

·      Comfortable performing basic procedures like drawing blood.

·      Eager to learn new technologies in healthcare.

·      Willingness to travel occasionally for exhibitions or official events (not frequent).
