Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to domestic travel.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information regarding travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Travel Domain.
  • GDS Certification and strong knowledge of GDS tools and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Strong communication and articulation skills.
  • Must clear Versant Level 5 Communication Assessment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
