Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Manager located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the company, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment and selection processes, and supporting current and future business needs through the development and preservation of human capital. The role also involves managing employee relations, coordinating training sessions and seminars, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and promoting a positive company culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management, strategy development, and organization
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and legal compliance
  • Skills in performance management, training coordination, and development
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
