We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and convert incoming B2B leads from IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and TradeIndia on a daily basis.
  • Make prompt calls to prospects and understand their requirements.
  • Share product information, pricing, and quotations as per customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the operations or production team (if applicable) to check stock/availability/delivery timelines.
  • Maintain lead tracking and follow-up using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and chat.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand products and explain them effectively.
  • Prior experience in handling B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or commerce).
  • Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (Regional languages are a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
