We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and convert incoming B2B leads from IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and TradeIndia on a daily basis.
- Make prompt calls to prospects and understand their requirements.
- Share product information, pricing, and quotations as per customer needs.
- Coordinate with the operations or production team (if applicable) to check stock/availability/delivery timelines.
- Maintain lead tracking and follow-up using CRM tools or Excel.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and chat.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand products and explain them effectively.
- Prior experience in handling B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or commerce).
- Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (Regional languages are a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
