Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Varanasi. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing store operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth retail sales. Daily tasks include customer service, organizing store merchandise, and training new employees. The role demands effective communication and the ability to handle customer interactions and complaints professionally.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales operations and techniques
  • Strong Organization Skills for managing inventory and store layout
  • Experience in Training and mentoring staff
  • Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities
  • Prior experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
  • Degree or diploma in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
