We are seeking an experienced (preferably retired ) and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage the entire nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth functioning of nursing operations.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing (M.Sc preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of nursing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards, hospital protocols, and infection control practices.
