and personalized health decisions.

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our
Marketing & Communications team. As an intern, you will work closely with medical writers,
marketers, and designing teams to design engaging and impactful visual content that
simplifies complex genomic concepts and communicates our brand effectively to clinicians,
healthcare providers, and consumers.

What we want you to do

Video Editing & Post Production:
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content tailored for various digital
platforms.
- Incorporate music, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions that align with our
brand tone.
- Maintain consistency in look and feel across all content.

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and medical teams to understand briefs
and creative direction.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creatively to
content ideation.

Media Management:
- Organize and archive video assets and manage project files efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and formats across video and social
platforms.

Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all video outputs reflect the brand's visual identity and message.
- Adapt videos for different formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
internal presentations.

What are we looking for in you?

- Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro,
or similar editing software.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and pacing.
- Understanding of video aspect ratios, resolution, and compression for
social media.
- A portfolio of edited videos (personal/college projects, YouTube,
Instagram, etc.).
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
