- Oversee factory HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to drive business outcomes through people initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration of HR processes across the organization.

- 6+ years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of Factory HR principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
