About the Role:

The MIS Executive at The Marketplace Guru will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating advanced data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance productivity and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:-

• Design tracker sheets, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data is accurately organized and analyzed.
• Create macros, pivot tables, and Power Query integrations for advanced data manipulation.

 Process Improvement and Automation:-

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and propose actionable solutions.
• Streamline repetitive tasks using innovative tools and techniques.

 Monitoring and Quality Assurance:-

• Track project deliverables to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of data and reports.

 Productivity Tools Development:-

• Develop KPI dashboards and tools to support management and employee productivity.
• Maintain and update existing tools to align with organizational needs.

 Cross-Functional Support:-

• Collaborate with teams to provide insights and resolve data-related issues.

 Other Duties:-

• Perform tasks aligned with evolving business priorities and operational requirements.

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements):

• Google Sheets (Advanced Formulas, Data Import, Google Scripts) / Proficient in creating pivot tables, macros, and utilizing Power Query for data integration.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Ability to download reports, clean and organize data, and develop dashboards to showcase analysis and trends.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

• Experience using Jungle Scout, Asana, and Slack for project management, product research, and communication.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
• Certifications such as SEMrush or Ahrefs SEO Certification for enhanced keyword and analytics capabilities.
• Project Management Tool Certification - Asana
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• A proactive approach to identifying business needs and suggesting innovative solutions.
