Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
  • Coordinate team activities including meetings, sprints, and reviews.
  • Track project progress, identify delays or blockers, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project health.
  • Support risk assessment and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar administrative role in a software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a technical environment or with development teams.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development concepts and version control (e.g., Git).
