Job Title: Senior PHP Developer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Surat.

Seeking an experienced Senior Core PHP Developer to lead backend ERP development, architect scalable modules, and ensure robust system performance for both ERP and e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in Core PHP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to guide junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules using Core PHP.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code aligned with best industry practices.
  • Optimize backend logic to improve application speed and stability.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring smooth task execution.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Manage database architecture, improve SQL query performance, and maintain data integrity.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and external tools seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues promptly and deliver solutions within tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Core PHP development experience
  • Prior experience leading backend development projects
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Stability and scalability of ERP and backend modules
  • Timely identification and resolution of technical issues
  • Seamless integration of third-party APIs without interruptions
