Role Overview

We are looking for a Python AI Developer who can understand complex project scopes, design intelligent solutions, and guide the technical direction of our AI-based projects.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving real-world business problems using AI, architecture-level thinking, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze client requirements to design scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Architect and develop robust back-end systems using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  • Design and maintain project architecture, database schema, and AI model pipelines.
  • Integrate and utilize the latest AI tools, APIs, and GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.).
  • Lead a small team of junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions.
  • Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies in AI, ML, and data engineering.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale deployed AI models and applications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Python, AI, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Ability to create efficient database designs (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
