Job Summary

Luminefy is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of graphic design tools and a creative mindset to deliver engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and branding assets.
  • Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Support senior designers and collaborate with content/marketing teams.
  • Stay updated with design trends and adapt ideas for different platforms.
  • Deliver projects on time while handling multiple assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (internship/freelance work with portfolio considered).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
  • Strong design portfolio.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Figma / Adobe XD (UI/UX basics)
  • Canva (for quick designs)
  • After Effects / Premiere Pro (bonus – motion/video editing)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • Knowledge of social media design formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
