Job Opening: HR Executive (Male / Female Candidate – 6 Months to 1.5 Years Experience)

About Us:

KLP Corporate Services is a professional HR & Compliance consultancy providing end-to-end solutions in statutory compliance, payroll, HR documentation, and government liaison services for SMEs and Corporates.

Position: HR Executive – HRD Activities

Experience Required:

  • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in HRD / HR operations / compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HRD activities including onboarding, employee documentation, and leave management.

-Support in preparing HR letters, MIS reports, and maintaining HR records.

  • Handle statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, etc.) under senior guidance.

  • Coordinate with government departments for registrations, renewals, and submissions.

  • Assist senior HR consultants in payroll processing and statutory returns.

  • Provide support during audits and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate preferred.

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration.

  • Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred).

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eager to learn and grow in HRD and compliance functions.
