Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Contract Manager role based in Pune. The Senior Contract Manager will oversee and manage the lifecycle of project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, monitoring contract performance, and mitigating risks. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, clients, and vendors to maintain successful partnerships while driving efficiency and ensuring timely project deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in risk assessment and compliance management
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to contracts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction industry regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,(Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience in EPC projects and familiarity with MEP services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and contract management software is preferred
