We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to join our growing team of innovative professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing enterprise-grade AI applications using technologies such as .NET, Angular, Azure OpenAI, Python, and experience implementing LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks, and other cutting-edge AI architectures.

This is a strategic role that involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI applications using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Integrate AI solutions into full-stack applications using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Build secure, scalable APIs and services to interact with AI models and data layers.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI and other Azure services (Functions, Cognitive Search, Cosmos DB, etc.) to build intelligent cloud-native solutions.
• Create pipelines for document ingestion, vectorization, and similarity search using tools like FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search, or Pinecone.
• Fine-tune or customize foundation models for specific enterprise use cases.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks to streamline LLM integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and product managers to deliver production-ready AI features.
• Monitor performance and optimize models/applications for latency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with significant focus on AI/ML applications.
• Proficiency in Python, especially for AI/ML development (e.g., using Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI SDK).
• Strong backend experience in .NET (C#) and frontend development using Angular.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and other Azure services (Cognitive Services, Azure ML, etc.).
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding techniques (e.g., OpenAI, BERT, sentence transformers).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, or Azure ML Pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance and AI ethics in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with RAG frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Haystack.
• Contributions to open-source LLM projects or research publications in NLP.
